    Re: Weekend Check-in Accountability!

    Hey there, Jamie.
I am just writing on that project while my daughter has company over. I won't be able to write much today as I am required to be their entertainment tonight (just like any other time she has people over).
To keep myself from making mistakes this weekend? Well, heck, I will just look at all the Century Club's phenomenal before and during pictures. That should be all the inspiration I need to fly right.
    Have a great weekend everyone.

      Re: Weekend Check-in Accountability!

      I'm here! I'm having a 4 day weekend--thank you Veteran's Day!

I am cutting OUT the caffeine--it's been sneaking up on me in a soda or 2 a day...bad, bad!!! I spent a whole day feeling crashed out from blood sugar.

This weekend I am going to focus on having a bunch of premade foods handy, so I won't be tempted to fast all day and overeat in the evening. My hubby's birthday is tomorrow (the big 2-5!) and we will not be having cake...we had to tell his mom THREE TIMES that he did NOT want a cake...lol...but we're not!

Hope you have a great weekend, Cleo and others!

Hi, Brandon! I'm thinking about you! I hope your writing is going wonderfully! I can't wait to see you ends up publishing your work!

allie-- caffeine is the uber of all uber evils! In fact, in the McDonald's Universe I'd say it's the Super-Sized Uber Evil, complete with the chicken mcnoogies and the bad caffeine hangover toy surprise. Luckily you have the weekend to sleep that off and take pain relievers (should they be necessary).

          Allier,

I celebrated my 31st birthday this year on October 16 with no cake. My Mom put a candle in some jello. Good grief!

I'm working hard this week to lose the weight that i gained while visiting my family (I didn't cheat while there, just ate more then usual, which I always do when I'm out of routine.. anyway).. Almost there!! I have been on the border for onederland for friggin ever it is driving me crazy!

My goals this weekend; keep up with the exercise.. and submit my applications for graduate school which I have been procrastinating about for the past few months!! If I don't do these things someone yell at me please!!

                  Re: Weekend Check-in Accountability!

2Big...my garden is all in containers and now I'm wondering if I need to do anything to the soil in the containers for the winter. Hmmmm........

I'm doing okay this weekend. Yesterday was Veteran's Day, and DS and I went to the parade, then he spent the afternoon working on some homework he didn't finish at school. He was difficult the whole time and at one point I was DYIN' for cookies or junk food...something I couldn't have. But Christopher called around then, so I closed the fridge and started chatting with him. later in the evening I got even more stressed, and I did eat some unfrozen blobs....cream cheese/cocoa powder and Davinci syrup. Truth be told, I ate too many. Then Christopher called and I felt horrible about it. Ack!!! Emotional eating...I hate it. I think that when I get that temptation, calling my sweetie is what I'm gonna do. He's excellent at talking me off my ledge, so to speak, and getting me to examine WHY I want what I shouldn't have. Sigh......he's so wonderful.

                  How is everyone else doing???

howdy all. happy weekend! spending today getting the outdoors here prepped for winter. trimming back blackberry bushes, planting the last of the roses and daylilies, weeding a bit there and here and getting the sprinklers blown out so we have no frozen heads (oh and probably getting hubby to replace the busted one)...I think we'll put down a few metal stakes so the plows won't take the heads off my 3 new replacement sprinklers out front. Did I mention I need to go get my weekly supply of jicama as well? LOL!!! Guess I'm gonna be busy here!

I'm working a 24 hour shift on Saturday, so I cooked my food last night. I know better than to come to work without anything. There is the little deli just ouside the gate that makes the most incredible sandwiches I've ever had, and even now I can hear one calling my name. BUT, I'm gonna stay here and eat my chicken patties.

When you hear those sandwiches and their siren song, imagine ME saying "If you don't eat that, I'll give you a kiss."

And btw...I'm very proud of you for cooking Induction food last night so that you would be prepared for today!!

My weekend is going well enough. I finally got myself motivated to clean the apartment. Not SCRUB it, mind you. Let's not go mad. But I did tidy. And do about three weeks worth of laundry. I love the smell of fabric softener!! Yay!

Eating and water are right on target. Exercise is not too bad either. I STILL don't like the damned stuff. But it's getting done. Most days.

It's finally getting cold around here, so I've taken out my winter clothes. They're all to big. Curses. *giggles*
