At home I've got a recipe that I printed off of here last Thanksgiving. Tonight I'll grab it and post it for you. In the meantime, here's a "pumpkin custard" recipe from Linda's low carb recipes.
If memory serves, the ingredients sound familar to the one I used. However, instead of the brown sugar twin and splenda, I used Davinci's "pancake syrup" flavor of sugar-free syrup. It took longer to cook, and therefore I had to cover it so it wouldn't burn on top, but it was yummers.
