Congratulations on your loss!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I wish (the ropcks thing). But today I fitted into a skirt I bought 4 weeks ago at the Op shop (it's next door to work) so I'm feeling really chuffed. I'm going to send some fat pants to the op shop this week. Thta is going to feel REALLY good.Odille
