It has been a SLOW journey for me, but 50 lbs (loss) is 5 lbs away from me. I am hoping to be 260 before the new year comes around. I am NOT going to cheat on Thanksgiving Day...I am making myself a bunch of low carb allowable treats and I am NOT going to cheat on Xmas Day! I can do this and I will. This board has been great.

Yes I have either sent them to goodwill or gave them away. Some of them I still wear cause I have a big bootie and that holds them up lol.Comment

Yep be careful with those too big clothes cause they can pick the most embarrassing time to announce to the world they are too big for you. (Picture walking out the door at church with a your arms full of breakables and pants heading south)by the book atkinseer

Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
