                    News Flash PAPJACK Update

I can't tell you how much your note meant to me. Thanks for thinking of me.

I'm doing the best I can. Needless to say, I fell off the wagon.........that's the bad news. The good news is I'm now back on induction, and struggling to find my way back.

I gained 30 lbs. during my lapse, and have now lost 10 of that gain.

I know what I'm going to say is the wrong approach, but, I can't come back until I'm back to my lowest weight. That's one of my many character defects, but it's one I'm stuck with. I know it's wrong, but I can't help others at the moment.

My plan is to return when I can, and write a long post on "How Not To Do It!"

Tell the guys to keep up the good fight, and I hope to rejoin you soon.

                    Love,

                    papajack

ps: Tell the gang that come July, the wife & I are going to be GREAT grandparents!

I hope that PapaJack knows how much we all care about him. I wish he'd let us help motivate him in his time of need. He's definitely helped us at times when we needed support and motivation.

Please tell him that we miss him, send him love and holiday wishes and can't wait for him to return.
