Re: PapaJack
News Flash PAPJACK Update
I can't tell you how much your note meant to me. Thanks for thinking of me.
I'm doing the best I can. Needless to say, I fell off the wagon.........that's the bad news. The good news is I'm now back on induction, and struggling to find my way back.
I gained 30 lbs. during my lapse, and have now lost 10 of that gain.
I know what I'm going to say is the wrong approach, but, I can't come back until I'm back to my lowest weight. That's one of my many character defects, but it's one I'm stuck with. I know it's wrong, but I can't help others at the moment.
My plan is to return when I can, and write a long post on "How Not To Do It!"
Tell the guys to keep up the good fight, and I hope to rejoin you soon.
Love,
papajack

Re: PapaJack
Thanks 2big for posting Papajacks reply! What a super wonderful surprise! Please tell Papajack and Mrs Jack Congratulations and that I can't wait for July and pictures of their great grandbaby!!! Wooo hooo that is awesome news!!!!
Also pass on that I will be looking forward to Papa's post on "How Not To Do It" - please let papa know he isn't alone with falling off the wagon and that I too gained and that I'll have something to add to his "how not to" post! LOL Your approach isn't wrong Papajack, its what you have to do for you and your choice and you are highly respected.
Take care of yourself Papajack!!! May you and your family have a blessed holiday season!!! Lots of love!!

Please tell him that we miss him, send him love and holiday wishes and can't wait for him to return.Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F
