        I have not:
        licked a thing
        whined

        I'm acountable all 170 pounds of me
        I already did more then 180 min this week as my week starts on sunday
        I love to drink my water already finished my daily minimum.
        I have to eat on plan cause one bite andi'm off to 300+ pound binging ways again.

          1. Menu -- Dead on!
          2. Water -- made the minimum (barely, but I did it!)
          3. Exercise -- No gym, but I did jump up and down while shouting "Yay!" a great deal. I love my job.
          4. Licking -- None.
          5.Whining -- None. But there were several sighs.

            Menu: right on

            Water: 132 oz

            Exercise: None. But I did chase around my 1yo nephew all day. That had to burn some cals. Back on tomorrow.
