  • Challenge: How was Thursday? How is Friday?

    Just wondering how everyone in the New Year's Challenge is doing.

    Because of time zonal madness, I'm probably a bit ahead of most of you. I'm already pretty done Friday. Anyhoo, just to report over the last couple days...

    Thursday:
    Eating: On plan. No snacking. No Diet Coke.
    Water: 4.5L
    Exercise: 55min on the treadmill. (I walked 5 1/2km)
    Whining: A little. My school is really cold! No, seriously. It's COLD!! They don't heat Japanese public schools. This is supposed to make kids strong. Fair enough. But what about ME??
    Licking: None

    Friday:
    Eating: No straying. No snacking. But I need to get something for dinner.
    Water: 3L...but there's still plenty of time before bed to get that up to 4L!
    Exercise: Another 55 min on the treadmill.
    Whining: None. It's still cold at school, but I brought slippers.
    Licking: There was one young man at the gym this evening who looked especially lickable. However, I remembered this challenge and I resisted the temptation. Which is probably for the best. I don't wanna get kicked out of my gym.




    Edit: I got my 4L of water done. *gurgles*

    Woohoo! Way to go, curveegrrl! Thanks so much for starting this thread!

    FWIW, I have not abandoned the challenge or you guys. I'm an ADBB Boot Camp Drill Sergeant and have some people to bully--er, I mean whip into shape... er... you know, for the next 2 weeks.

    I will be back and forth, but if I don't see you guys all checking in I'm issuing smacks to the fanny. And you don't want me on your case. Trust me.

        After the challenge you can go lick that nice looking man curveegrrl!

        I'm doing just fine. I will get alot of exercise today. I am helping unload a semi full of Girl Scout cookies and sorting them by troop. Then I have to bring my 1000 boxes home and sort it out per girl in my troop. We also just got a few inches of snow to make it all an interesting mess.


        I had a great breakfast, drank 2 glasses of water already, and I'm off for my exercise.

          Yesterday was good, I've discovered a new weakness over the past week. I LOVE crustless pumpkin pie. And while it's legal it's not GOOD for me to be that obsessed. So, no more pie. For a while. At least until Christmas. OMG, a freaking pie addiction :X

          Worked out at Curves, walked the dog... and walking the dog in snow boots (both of us!) IS a workout LOL
