  • Challenge: Check In

It's a chilly Tuesday morning here, and I realize that I haven't checked in for the challenge recently. How is everyone doing? How was the weekend?

    Saturday:
Food: No coffee, no Diet Coke, no snacking. Everything was on plan and delicious!
    Water: 4L
Exercise: waled 5.5km on the treadmill (55 min).
Whining and Licking: None. Yeah. Noone is more surprised than I am.

    Sunday:
Food: Look at me go with the no snacking! No Diet Coke. There may have been some coffee involved in my day though.
    Water: Only 2L.
Exercise: Walked 45 minutes outside (gasp!) to do dome errands.
Whining and Licking: Still none. This may be a personal best!

    Monday:
Food: Eating times were spaced oddly, but no realy "snacking." Just divided lunch into two sessions. No coffee today, but there was a Diet Coke. How did that happen?? *tries to look innocent* *fails*
    Water: 3.5L
Exercise: Took today off. They gym is closed Mondays.
Whining and Licking: None again. There was a bit of b**ching and moaning, but not about anything related to this WOE or this challenge.

    How is everyone else?

    Re: Challenge: Check In

Okay...I'm not part of this challenge. But I would like points anyway because earlier today I walked by a co-worker, and she smelled like butterscotch BIG time, and I didn't lick her. Not once.

Not that I go around licking co-workers or anything. lol

WTG Curveegrrl, you did great this weekend!
      LOL softnred!

I did well this weekend. No licking - not even tempted on my brother's birthday with his cake!

I am having trouble working out every day. The food/water part is almost a no brainer anymore, but the working out stuff still trips me up. it's not that I even mind working out, it's that I hate winter and do NOT wnat to leave the house to go to the gym or Curves. I need to kick myself in the behinder. I think if I worked out harder my weight would come off faster... and then there's a part of me that's terrified of that for some reason (I'm the lowest I've been in almost 20 years) and I think my brain is freaking about it LOL

        Re: Challenge: Check In

Struggled with some cravings over the weekend but I did it. I have Girl Scout cookies coming out of my ears, but they will be delivered to their owners by tomorrow.

For winter exercise I am concentrating on hard cleaning like scrubbing floors, walls, etc. It is good exercise and I have kids at home so my house will never get too clean. I don't like to go out in the cold much so this helps me stay active. I can run my stairs if I get desperate for a new exercise.

Softnred -- you DEFINATELY get points for that! How does one resist a butterscotch scented collegue. I know I've never been able to.

going2Bgood -- Yay for keeping the food and water on program. And yeah. Exercise sucks sometimes. And I know how you feel about being scared sometimes. Even with all the successes I've had. I still freak out. It's weird how we think, eh?

Momto four -- Would you really eat a cookie that came out of your ear?? I can't think that would be very good. And well done to work out by cleaning! *looks at own messy apartment* Would you like to come here?

JoAnne - I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with the scented candles, bathsoap, perfumes, and colleagues? They all smell delicious!!!!
