  • Challenge: Midweek Update

    How has everyone been doing?? I've been doing really well, staying on program. But if I don't come in to report, then I lose count. And then I stop counting. So here is me, trying to be accountable.

    Tuesday
    Eating: On plan, no snacks, one cup of (decaf) coffee.
    Water: 4L
    Exercise: Walked downtown to run some errands. About 60 minutes of walking time.

    Wednesday
    Eating: On plan. Had some snacks at the movies (cheese and salami slices...and a diet coke). no coffee.
    Water: 3.5L
    Exercise: Has e-mail been classified as exercise yet?

    Thursday
    Eating: On plan, but timed funny. One cup of (decaf) coffee.
    Water: 4L
    Exercise: 55 minutes on the treadmill.

    Still no whining.
    Still no licking.
