Message to CC Family Missing
We love you. We miss you and as you can see we wonder where you are. 
Fr1endly2/Lisa said "even if you've fallen off the wagon we care and build friendships and bonds" and that is so very true.
If you are staying away because you've fallen off the wagon and don't feel like you can post here because of that. Nothing is further from the truth. This is when you need your CC family's love, understanding and caring. We will greet you with open arms, hugs, happy dances and acceptance. We love you the way you are, on the wagon, off the wagon and trying to get back on the wagon, successful or struggling - its you we love and care about.
While the ADBB is a wonderful place in itself, the CC family is a special place because we understand how bending over to tie our shoes for the first time in years is a major accomplishment. We understand how being able to fit in an airplane seat is cause to walk around for days with a goofy smile on our face! We understand how hard it is to get on the wagon and stay there that it is a day to day and sometimes an hour to hour struggle.
I saw on someones signature line "I never said it wouldn't be hard. I said it was worth it" I really like that quote.
I myself struggle each and every day - and those of you who have been here with me since I began know that the scale hasn't moved in the right direction for me and I am actually heavier then I was when I started Atkins. But you know what, Atkins works when you work Atkins. I haven't been working Atkins. I have fallen off the wagon more times then I care to count and man oh man was Dr A right about that one bite being the kiss of death.
I'm here and everyone still loves me and supports me and gives me encouragement. I think I am bouncing around here - so let me say this: if you aren't posting because you feel you aren't worthy and you think no one loves you. Its not true. YOU ARE WORTHY AND YOU ARE LOVED! Come back. We Miss you. We love you. And if you're here reading this, you haven't given up on yourself and just so you know, we haven't given up on your either!
