  • Challenge: Weekend Update

    I know everyone must be running about like mad things, getting ready for the holidays, but how are we doing on the challenge? Is everybody still getting their water and exercise? How is the whining? I won't even as about the licking.

    It's Monday here already, which means only 19 days until new Year's Eve (I think I counted that right). I think I'm well on track. How's everyone else?

    Friday:
    Food: On plan
    Exercise: None
    Water: 4L

    Saturday:
    Food: On plan
    Water: 4L
    Exercise: 55 minutes on the treadmill

    Sunday:
    Food: On plan, and did well to resist the Sunday Snack temptations that always creep up on me
    Water: 2L
    Exercise: Walked to grocery store, about 80 minutes of total walking time.
