Hey there! Not sure if anyone remembers me from before... if not... my name is Stephanie... I lost 60 lbs doing Atkins last year... Then I got engaged... didn't go off my diet until he cheated on me with a beautiful woman. Since then I have probably gained 60+ pounds... I haven't stepped on the scale yet... I plan to get started on my "new life" after New year's eve. And I was hoping that everyone can help me to make sure this is a New Year's Resolution I'm going to keep! Next year I will have training to become a corrections officer and i want to be in tip top shape. I know this isn't the Introduction forum... but I figure you guys will be like my coaches, friends, and family
through this ordeal, so we should have a bit of an introduction. I look forward to getting to know everyone and keeping my solemn promise to become healthy and lose all this extra baggage...

Re: I'm back... and ready for round two!
Welcome back, Stephanie, I'm sure you'll relose that 60 pounds and all of it's friends too!!!
Tima25 - What do you need help with? I would suggest starting a new thread asking for help so more people will see your question. Also, reading through the "stickies" at the top of the century club forum may provide some help as well. Goodluck!

Re: I'm back... and ready for round two!
Hi there!
You can do this; it is simply a matter of staying focused and not allowing yourself the option to fail. Of course we will take you after the New Year, but 2Big is very right. You can start induction with your next bite, so why wait?
I am very happy to see that you are going to be here to lose with all of us. You have found a very supportive area in the Century Club and I can't wait to hear of your successes with us.Bran (M) 575/470/220----------------------Restarted on: 3-24-06Weight dropped since restart: 5 lbs----------------------

Re: I'm back... and ready for round two!
Thanks so much everyone... I was going to start now... but I looked at the reality of the situation... on christmas I know tempttation will get the best of me... and on New Year's Eve I know I will be drinking. I figured that Jan 2 I will start a clean induction. I just don't want to dissappoint myself ya know? But yet again thank you for the support and I can't wait to share my weight loss with you all... and loss it with you!
