  • Well I cheated lol

    but it is ok...I am back on track and it was the first cheat since I started this woe and I did not cheat bad. I allowed myself to do this and I did not overeat. I was actually proud of myself. I stayed away from the biscuits, mashed potatoes, gravy etc. So I did great and was cheat free on Thanksgiving. Now I am back to my normal self and I want to lose 50 more pounds by July 29th!

    PS: If you did not receive an Xmas card from me send me a PM. I lost track on my list lol. Happy Holidays!

    My New Years Resolution is to Drink more water and exercise ALOT more.

    I want to know what you ate on your cheat lol. It sounds like you're very in control of your eating - good for you! I know I can't cheat or it'll open the flood gates and I'll go crazy. Goodluck on your new years resollutions - im sure you'll do great!

      Haha my mother in law makes the BEST Yams so I had one serving and she also makes some weird Polish Desert...very bland with some confectioners sugar on top so I ate one Xmas day, one Yesterday and I had 2 slices of Pizza. That was it. The worst thing of all none of it excited me when I put it in my mouth so that shows ya I am over it!

        Way to go Lima Bean...it sounds like you have a plan to bring you back on track! Great attitude! Keep up the great work and you will be to your goal in no time!

            Good job getting back on plan. Isn't it great when you realize there are foods that you can do without now.

              Hi Limabean,

              Good on you for keeping it under control and getting right back on plan. I gave in to my sugar demon at Christmas and now I am back on plan as well.
