Well I know I have no excuses as to why I fell off the wagon for about a month. I did have some stresses hurled my way that were hard to deal with, but that is over for the time being. My mom was also here for a 2 week visit.

Khalas!! (as they say in Arabic to mean "enough")

Back on track this morning!

Going to lose this doggone weight!

I think there is something about family visiting that brings out the overeater in us!! At least the same thing happens to me - my family visited quite often in December and while it's not an excuse, I do seem to eat a lot more when they are around!!!

You'll do great, this is a whole new year, a clean slate for you diva!

Welcome back to the wagon! The holidays are the toughest times as the stress and family get to a lot of us. At least, now the holiday haze is starting to wear off our true selves and good sense hopefully can return. I just wanted to say you're not alone, and I am glad to have you back on board.
