Well... I just went out to my kitchen a few minutes ago... I looked through the cupboards to find that my dad had nothing but carb filled catastrophes everywhere. I saw some hamburgers in the fridge and decided I would make one. Just as I go to get the pot... my step dad comes out... I asked him "Do you want anything from the store tomorrow, because I can't eat any of this carby stuff." He just looked at me... and said "I don't eat any of that sh*t... you're fat @ss probably will." I was so upset... so I told him about how I'm going back on Atkins... to which he said. "Yea what the f*ck ever... in a week you'll f*ckin' eat that Sh*t anyway..."
He walked away... I put the hambergers away... came into my room and wrote here... and now I just feel like crawling into a hole and crying.

. Then ask him to please be one of your Atkins support meembers so you will not be tempted to eat stuff like that. Tell him you knowyou are weak and you need folks that can be supportive and positive about your program. hand him your book opened to the phase you are currently on and ask him to read it so he knows what you can have and why. When you move to a new phase be sure you tell him so he doesn't go balistic reminding you you can't have those nuts fresh cheeses etc.
