  • My Goal for this week...

    is to drink 3 Liters of Water a day and work my way to 4 Liters. I have finished 2 so far and will finish the lastone by the time I go to bed. I will also start off by going to the Gym at least twice this week and eventually build my way up to 5 days a week. I WANT to lose 50 lbs by July 29th!

        Sounds great, I did about 4.5 litres yesterday (but I'm a big bugger).
        I keep a 1.5 litre bottle on my desk at work and pour it into a cup every now and again. I seem to go through it quicker that way!

          I get through a fair bit. I always have 3 glasses before breakfast (750ml) plus my bottle at the gym and driving home (750), and on my desk at work I have a 1.5 litre jug which I get through every day (1500), plus a couple of extra glasses after I get home from work (500ml). So that's about 3.5 litres daily, plus I have 3-4 glasses of plain sparkling mineral water (I love that stuff).

            Yay! I drank all of my water today. The easiest way for me to down it is to drink a liter at a time lol. I know it sounds crazy, but I drink an entire liter in about 2 minutes or less. It is easier for me that way lol.
