It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I wasn't so much gone as just not around for a week or so. DS and I got sick, then Christopher came home for Christmas, then we had to get him ready and off to Drill Instructor school, so things have been busy.....

I'm a newie here and I was previously active on other boards. This is my most active board now for the following reasons:-
- It's only about the Atkins plan - get's too confusing and frustrating talking to people on other plans and 'their own' plans.
- It's very supportive. People are committed to positive re-enforcement.
- It's very educational - you learn a lot and keep up to date.
- You are constantly reminded about sicking to certain plan points

I like this board because it seems to have it all (not that I've really looked elsewhere...I lucked out early). But this Century Club is such a great idea. It feels good knowing you're not alone. There seems to be a specialty forum for just about anything you might need.
Not to mention most people are so nice around here!

I think I love this board because in life I've never felt as if I belong.. or that anybody felt or thought like I did. This board makes me feel as if I was supposed to be here... that in a weird way... I was meant to find this board again and turn my life around. Everyone is so supportive, sweet, smart, and beautiful in my eyes. We are like one big tight nit family if you think about it... "We are Family! I got all my Sisters (and Brothers) and me!"
