I have been a member for a while but lost track of the board when I fell off plan and have not been back since. I went back through my web site address book and decided it was time to get back on the board. I have been back low carb for nine days, I suppose since it is after midnight it is ten now !!
I feel great, I am eating very clean, only unprocessed meats, veggies, some nuts, eggs and bacon is the only processed item I am eating.No dairy. I am worried about hypothyroid so I am not eating anything on the list of foods to avoid if you have hypo thyroid so my veggie list is a bit limited. I am going to get into the doctor as soon as possible for testing.
I feel great and am optomistic about my sucess this time around. I am looking to lose about 104 pounds to reach my goal.
I am having fun reading and catching up, but wanted to say hi !!! It is very nice to be back !! I was a bit of a lurker back when I first joined, but have been around other boards since and love to post now, no more lurking for me !!! Stephie
