I'm not really laughing, but this is showing me that I was eating more carbs than I thought by not being careful with my portion controls, and not using Fitday.
This week I decided to step back to induction for a few days (maybe a week or so) and get real again because I know I was having way too much fun on both the nuts and berries rungs of OWL.
Yesterday and today I feel like crap. The day before I had warm flushing feelings in my arms, and now I have constant headache, lethargy, and borderline anxiety because gee, I must really be sick.
Of course it's only coincidence that I started feeling this crappy when started limiting myself to strict 20 carbs a day
I plan on hopping back into OWL again soon, but I'm hoping this gets me focused again. It's certainly got my attention!
