This is so cool....wonderful new faces in these parts, AND the return of some favorites. Pammie...Elmark....and others that I can't remember off the top of my head. It's nice to see ya'll back!!!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Thanks Richt....yes, familiar is better than old....LOL....I'm closing in on my 25th. birthday and in Denmark we have a tradition that unmarried people who turn 25 should be covered in cinnamon.....(yikes.....) That's why I fear age these days.....
