I fell down the stiars lastnight thanks to my kids leaving their shoes on it. I have a SEVERE sprain in my left foot as well as a torn tendon and my BUTT is bruised as well. I crawled up the stairs today to use the computer lol. Lets hope I can get down. As for my lunch well I had my husband go out and buy some LC bread and LC pb so he could make me something. He does not know how to cook and I figured that was better than eatting something way worse. I will be home by myself tomorrow and he is going to sit some bottled water down for me as well as the loaf of cardboard and LC peanut butter. It takes everything I have to use the crutches to get to the bathroom. I wish I had a laptop and wireless network.

Re: Ouch...I am down
Ouch!!!
Kids and their shoes!!! I've taken my son's shoes hostage a few times when he won't put them away. Good thing he's a shoe horse...he's got others to wear.
I'm so sorry this has happened to you!! What did your kids say?? I think they should have to be your hand servants and take care of you. Seriously!! You might want to have hubby go to the deli and get some good quality turky or roast beef and some cheese...or even bagged salad. Those are better choices than LC pb sammiches.
Hmm....if you had a sled you could just slide down the stairs....
Hope you're better soon!

You poor love! Are you taking anything for it? Some anti-infammatories (Nurofen etc, or even just good old plain aspirin) might take some of the sting out and releive the swelling. Baby yourself for a while and keep your chin up!

AWWWWWWWWWW.... I agree with Joanne... I think you should have your kids be your helpers while your down... and the deli thing is a great idea too... roll up some roast beef with some cheese and mayo... YUM! That reminds me that my dad ate all my lunchmeat so I have to go get more!
Hope you feel better soon!

I hope you're up and around soon. Once you're feeling better, you can teach your hubby how to cook.
