I'm ready to go to bed.....10 pm here....and I did 6 liters. I'm so proud of myself.
I only planned to do 5 because the last couple of days I have struggled to do 4 liters.

I've been having a bit of trouble getting my water in. I need to drink about 50oz. more than I'm currently drinking, but the problem is the potty.
Obviously, I have a weak bladder or something because I've had a few near misses at work.
I was in a meeting with my boss last week, and he was mid-sentence and I jumped up and said, "Can you excuse me for a minute?" And I practically ran out of his office to the bathroom. I can't keep going through that, and I'm not sure how to get around this?

I promise you, that as you get used to drinking large amounts of water, your bladder will eventually expand.
Other than that, I advise you to go to the bathroom often, even if you don't feel like you need to.
In school I have a break every 45 minutes, and I go to the bathroom every break, even if I don't feel I have to.
Or maybe you should do those "lady exercises".....they will help you tighten the muscles you use to hold it in until you reach the bathroom....

wayless.....Do you drink a glass of water really fast or like with little sips? If you do it by little sips, more water will be absorbed by your digestions system (Sorry...don't know the correct word for it in english) and it will take longer for the excess water to reach your bladder.

Well, because I need to drink SO MUCH water, I try to pace myself at one 12-16oz bottle per hour. My goal is usually to get 64oz. in before I leave work for the day. I usually sip it over the hour. My first 32oz. or so aren't too bad. It's when I get above that that my body starts to abuse me for continuing to drink. I tend to get slower and slower the more I drink because I can't stop going to the bathroom.Today 01:42 AM Elmark:
