  • Room for one more?

    Hi, ya'all

I have known about the CC for a while but for some reason never really joined up over here. Denial, I guess! LOL! Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and I will be coming over here a lot--well, if Boot Camp doesn't kill me first! LOL! I definitely have a lot to lose, about 165 lbs, give or take 10 lbs. As of yet, I haven't re-started Atkins but plan to as soon as I start Boot Camp on the 14th which is only two days away! I really hope that this is the charm because I am sick of going off and on all the time. This time I am going to give it my hardest; no excuses and no giving up. My thing is, if I can just make it thru induction, I am home free. I seem to never make it past 2 or 3 days before I screw up. I did get to 30 days on one attempt and lost 40 lbs but since then, yo-yo off and on. I will need a lot of support from you guys when I start getting visions of sugar bags dancing in my head on induction this week!

Welcome and good luck with Boot Camp. You'll do just fine I'm sure, but we're all here when you need shoring up with the cravings.

Welcome! I was in denial for a while too, but I think the greatest thing about the Century Club is that everyone has been "there"...even if they've lost the weight, they know what it's like to have more than a hundred pounds to lose...so I think people are very empathetic.

        Good luck with boot camp!

Welcome! You're going to do great this time. I just know it. Take it one day at a time and you'll be just fine. Enjoy boot camp. I'm a little scared of it myself so I won't be in your "class" this time. lol

              Hey, Girl!

Welcome aboard! Yeah, we're pretty friendly over here. Granted, I just started induction less than two weeks ago...so I can't take much credit for the atmosphere here! LOL

Anyway, yes, use us for support. I nearly broke a few days ago over Girl Scout Cookies....ROFLMAO (rolling on the floor laughing my a** off...for those of you who have no idea what this acronym stands for). For that one day, it felt like the end of the world. But now it's kind of funny that I got so emotional about it. LOL

You can do it! I'm glad you decided to come over here with us!
