sadly for the last two days i have fallen off the induction horse. i'm not going to stress it though, after **** week at work i EARNED those pina coladas. LOL! starting anew today to shed that half a pound that i gained back. i've already gone to gym and got my workout in so i am feeling good about it already. it's funny how just one day can really throw you off

Welcome back, Kristin! The most dangerous part of straying off plan is that you might STAY off plan, but you are here, so that's irrelevant. You know what you have to do, and we're here to help you!

Sorry you had a rough week at work.

Sorry you had a tough weak at work. But these trying times are good ones to find strength in yourself and not in food or drink. Easier said than done, but it's an impotant "motto" try to live by.

Thanks Wayless! My Mom and I talked about it and she said something that made a lot of sense. She said, "Everyone's bound to fall off the horse once in awhile, it's human nature to give into temptation. It's what you do in the rebound that matters." So I am doing my best in the rebound to pull it back together. I am sure it won't be any problem. Next time I'll just be more prepared!

Good for you for getting back on that horse and not beating yourself up. Way to go!

Yes, Welcome back after your fall (off the horse!)

I was so the 'fall off the wagon' king.

Just keep coming back, eventually things will fall into place!

You have an awesome attitude! I'm sorry about your bad week at work. Everyone falls off the horse. Your mom was so right... it's human nature! But I'm so glad that you jumped right back! That half a pound will be gone in no time! You can do it!
