      Tamariah
Congratulations on catching yourself and bringing yourself back to

I have missed you too and hearing about your adventures with Ralphie.

Try to check in at least once a day and write down how things are going to help keep you focused.

I hope you have lots of induction-legal snacks prepared so you know what to reach for if you are hungry - and dont forget your water
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

My only advice is to set mini goals, don't think about the big picture. I can't wait to hear about your losses.

wow good for you saying good bye to the 400 pounder club.
Just think you will be back in the 300 pounders real soon and then you are headed in the right direction to never get back in that 400 pound body again.

Since you are over seas come poat when you get to your had time there is action on ADBB cause it will be day time or evening for somebody else.

You can do it. Are you walking again?

Sending you hugs. I remember the pictures that you posted of your beautiful valley. If I remember correctly, you had a lake that you walked Ralphie around. You've done the right thing by getting back on track, and I'm sure that if you get out for more of those walks, the next time you weigh yourself at the doctor's office you will have kissed the 400 club goodbye.

I always tell myself...this is the last time I will ever weigh this much.

AS a former 400 clubber, I can empathize.

You guys are awesome! Thank you for all your love and support! I can't tell you how much it means to me! Thank you all!!!

I just completed day 2 (2 full days, even though I started late on the 17th, it wasn't a full day LOL) of induction and I have induction flu! I've never been so happy to be sick! LOL

I haven't walked Ralphie yet, we've gotten snow two days in a row and I am so afraid of (GFB)falling down the stairs.(some of you may remember my post on falling!) As soon as I can I will start our walking again.

                    Thank you everyone! Thank you!!!!
