What makes me special? Hmm....I have helped train 57 national tae kwon do champions.
Why Atkins? Easy. Results. I didn't want a diet, I wanted to change my life with a way of eating that was realistic for the rest of my life. Plus, no point counting and great food!
And finally. . .Everyone is sexy in their own unique way, so I'm sure he is, too.

If I could change one thing about Atkins, I would want milk, that is the hardest part for me.

My nickname (user name?). . .tkd means Tae Kwon Do. Habidah is Korean for teacher or instructor.

I studied Art education in college. And no, I don't miss college right now, I am at a really fun point in my life with my kids, and I LOVE IT!

Now, I'm a homemaker. I also teach three tkd classes a week and am a sales rep for Grubbyland Candles.

I've been married since December 10th of 1999. My husband is very fit, and I desire to keep up with my family sooo bad!

I have so many embarassing moment, I could keep you here for hours. When not doing martial arts, I'm an absolute Kluts! Probably the saddest most embarrassing moment is when I ws scolded by my father in front of the entire move-in crew at my sister's college for sitting on a rubbermaid container. He let me and everyone within earshot know that I would cave it in if I sat on it. Talk about a red face!!! But on the lighter side, I tripped during bar hopping a few winters ago, tore the knees out of my jeans, and broke my watch. . .told you, walking disaster. It amazes even me that I can actually be graceful when doing Tae Kwon Do!!!

                    Good questions guys!

Hmmm...I love questions like this that really make me think...To play. I know that sounds simple, but I am very organized, disciplined, and methodical. These are not always good traits, because I often forget to play, to enjoy, to be silly. Occasionally, I would like to just be able to fly by the seat of my pants and. . .play not plan. Does that make sense, or is it too vague?

Where would you go on your dream vacation?

                            Paper or plastic?

Are you a dog person or a cat person?

                            What is your favorite holiday?

What is your greatest childhood memory?

Do you have any wierd confessions to make?

If the above answer is yes, what are they? If the above answer is no, why not!?

Re: tkdhabidah - 5 minutes of fame!

                              OOO, lotsa fun questions!

Dream vacation. England, France, Italy, and Germany. Germany and italy for the heritage, and England and France for the experience and curiosity.

Plastic, but I always return the bags to the recycling bin at the store!

Dogs. Definitely. Sorry, but not a cat person. I do think cats are fun to tease, but I like animals too mych even to do anything horrible to cats! Right now, we have a dog who prefers to live most of her life outside, and come in for the occasional snuggle. Her name is Dixie and she's a 6 month old Husky mix. We actually used to have a cat that adopted us. My caughter named her "pee-pee" while potty training! She dissappeared, though. The cat, not my daughter.

Favorite Holiday has to be my daughter's birthday (My son hasn't had one yet). We have a GIANT annual barbeque and potluck and I love seeing family, friends, and how much fun she has!

My greatest childhood memory is my Grandmother. She passed away when I was 18, but had alzheimer's so bad, that my good memories of her are from before I hit my teens. I used to sleep at her house once a week. I think she has been one of my favorite people, and I wish she could have been around to meet my kids!

Doesn't EVERYONE have some type of wierd confession? Where to start? . . . .Well, I am such an organizational FREAK that I have every job in my household on index cards in a file box and pull out each days jobs to complete.

Ready for this one? I have a horrible habit that I need to get rid of, but don't know if I can do it at the same time as beginning Atkins. . .I usually don't tell people that I first meet, but since I was 18, and was told girls can't do it, I have a bad tobacco habit, and I con't smoke! Yes, be grossed out, I think it's sick, too! I chew! EEEWWWW! The surpriseng part is, my dentist knows and last month when I went for my yearly visit, still perfect teeth! No cavities, no gum recession, he said people that do this usually don't take care of their mouth, if I will, my teeth will be fine. Wierd? What's even funnier, is this may be the only place you hear "do I have chew in my lip gloss?!"

One more weird confession. . .You know how every woman has a body part/feature on the opposite sex that she notices first? Mine is the hands! Yeah, I'm a nut! I just can't do the sissy hands thing, a man has to look like he works hard, and isn't afraid to take on do-it-yourself stuff! Best celebrity hands on the face of the PLANET? Easy. George Strait! Okay, I've lost it, I'm done for now!
