Well I am a biginner and hopefully I will stay in this!!! I hope I hope I hope!!! I need alot of motivation it is harder for me to quit something when I let alot of people know of my goals etc. But I have over 100 pounds to lose. Completely I would like to get to 160lbs. which I am 154 lbs away...but my first goal is to each a weight of 200lbs...which is 114 lbs away. SOO I think this is where I belong...do I have to do anything or can I just wade around. I warn you I like to talk alot 






Right now i weigh 258 and i want to get down to 145, i've got 113 pounds to go. Can i make a suggestion that has worked for me in the past??? Set mini goals, like 10 or 20 pounds then reward yourself with a new cd, a pretty new shirt or something that you have wanted thats not food, its a great way to treat yourself!
