  • Is it my place?

    So I am currious I respond to quiet a bit of posts, mostly to the ones where people r failing. Due to I quit 5 years ago and I didnt start right either I would grab lil carbs here n there I had no control over myself...to think FOOD had control over me...So i figured I told someone I had done it 5 years ago when I was younger, and 80 lbs ago, so I see those people where I was. Except I didnt have anyone to push me.
    As i am still new, I dont know if this is a good thing for me to be giving people advice because I myself am still learning.
    I just love how people are motivated so easily, the support here is incredible and I know these people will be kicking my when I am down.
    So just curious should I wait atleast till I am done intro to be giving advice?
    I am so addicted to these boards, cause support isn't alot where I live lol.

    Hey Jenler, I'm in the same boat, have done this before. Yes, I think any help IS help. You seem very social and helpful, and there is no harm in extra motivation for anyone! As long as what you (and I) say coordinates with THE BOOK!! Keep it up, I love your motivation, and I'm sure everyone else appreciates it, too!!

          I always think the more opinions that are given, the better average you get from them. No one's right all the time. I say let your feelings be known!
          No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

                I agree, your support, thoughts and advice will help all of us. We can never have too much of it. Everyone adds some value, in a positive, constructive way, that we can all learn from.
