Cravings are hard on me also like everyone. I have a unique job and my hours are very strange. I work from 1 - 9 pm M,T,Th,Fr,Sat, That's one job, but if I work at the school I get called in from 7:30am - 1pm, then I begin my 1 - 9pm schedule. When I get home between 9:30 and 10pm, even if I ate at 6 pm before teaching, I come home famished. I know I should not eat after 7 or 8 pm, but I get home and I want to munch on something. so I am trying to find something that is friendly. I have to watch my salt intake, I've never eaten loads of salt in my life, but now, especially, I balloon if I have something salty.
All I can say is we have to support each other. I come on line throughout the day if I can get time on the computer, and right when I get home I'm back on line again.
I have begun to love coming here, seeing your posts, and getting the support I can't get from anyone else because they don't understand. Thanks for being here. WE CAN DO IT !!!!!
