Okay, I just brought on torture. It was my fault, too. I just baked a HUGE batch of homemade cookies with chocolate chips and these cute little valentine's chips...I didn't think it would be a big deal, I didn't think about eating batter once! But now, they smell soooo good! I thought about a bite, but resisted! I made them for my hubby and daughter, but they're killing me!!!

You can do it. You don't have to eat it and if you do think about the set back it could give you. Have a pork rind or veggie or piece or cheese or pepperoni instead. I've been drinking loads of water today, for the first time. More than I ever have and it has helped me.
peace and blessings to you

Re: Oh, the torture of homemade cookies!!!
Well, I would have to get pass the huge motivational sign hanging on my fridge for a glass of milk anyway! Plus, it helped that my hubby is totally fit and an absolute bottomless pit! The whole batch of cookies is gone!! His friend even grabbed about a half dozen!
