Yesterday I began to increase my water intake as I have been reading I must do. I nearly got down 2 full quarts of water. Yesterday I weighed 286 which was a 4 lb loss (yippee). Today, I was not supposed to weigh myself as I'm trying to not live on a scale, but, I did. I jumped on and Im 288.5
. Don't know if its the water cause I've been running to the potty. And I don't think I ate out of range yesterday either. I had 2 scram. eggs for breakfast. Lunch was shredded pork with broccoli and colliflower and cheddar cheese melted on it. Dinner was a chicken salad. (chicken breast sliced on romaine lettuce. with Mayo dressing)
Its not my TOM. But heck...As I'm reading in the book and reading her in the forums, I know my weight will fluctuate and its the inches that will tell their story but you know, my feet and calves were real tight this morning. I usually have that problem when I've eaten too salty of foods but I did not yesterday. Oh well.
I will continue to flood my body today and hopefully run to the potty more.
ONe thing I have not given up is my coffee. I know i'm not supposed to have it or at least change to decalf. One step at a time. I drink my coffe early in the morning, and before bed. (oops and right now as I'm typing this too.) Another addiction to conquer I guess. When I dried up and stopped drinking I missed the burn and flavor of my drink until I replaced it with the coffee. I'll try, little by little. Small steps. I'll try.
