I weighed this morning and was horrified that the scale said I gained 15 pounds. Well, I nearly fell over dead until I realized that my grandson had been in the bathroom playing with the dial and put it on 15 pounds instead of zero. Whew!!!

Great story lol!
Though that would be better then what happened to me one time.. I always weigh myself on a doctor-type balance scale.. I move it up to the highest number and go backwards to the point it balances.. One time I kept moving it lower and lower, thinking "oh my god I lost so much weight this week"... I started to be so happy I almost cried... but then it kept going lower and lower.. and lower and lower... and then I realized it was completely unbalanced and I hadn't even losst anything that week... It was so heartbreaking
