      For the ruler to show in your signature, you need to copy the location URL, then open your signature and edit it. Add by hitting the square at the top of the window that is yellow with a sort of mountain in it, when you hold your cursor on it, it should say insert image. When you click on it, a box will come up for you to paste the url into and hit okay, that will put it in your siggy in the correct format to show up.

                          hmmm no, i'm at 286 and I would like to be 145. Means 141 lbs to go.
