Im amazed

Yesterday I walled into a CVS (Drug Store chain) and my first reaction was to walk down the Valentines day candy isle, MY favorite candy is this and easter (those Cadbury eggs)
But as I was looking I realized I just didnt want it at all, no desire to buy, eat them.
I just walked away.
I never thought I would be like this

I know eating the carbs makes us crave more and more!

Good for you! I was in a store a couple days ago and didn't even bother going down the Valentine's aisle. Saw it, turned up my nose and went to the next aisle.

It was so automatic that I didnt even realize what I was doing. and when I realized it, I didnt even want the candy lol
I wont go down that isle now.
