    Back on the wagon

    I have re-committed to Atkins, completed 1 week of induction, with good results, (until tonight when I slipped up)
    Its good to be back. Will post more as I catch up with whats been happening here.
    uh tickers are wrong, will fix when i remember how

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
