Well as I posted down below here I am... I looked it up and the last time I was here was in June...I was around 270 then, and now I am back to where I always end up 310. Well today I decided this is what I am going to do (that's a big step, right?) Talked to my hubby about it, he of course was supportive.
More importantly, I drank 96oz of water! Tomorrow will be day one with no soda, and I am going to weigh and measure in the morning, and take pics. Also I will be making my meal plan, and ridding the kitchen of trigger foods.
