It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I notice that when I'm "low carbing" I CRAVE water. I must have drank at least 120oz yesterday if not more. I expect to do that same today.
So far I have drank 30oz.

Trying for 120 oz here too. 1st liter is gone, its 12:18pm off to work and 2nd liter. Hopefully 3rd will happen during class tonight.Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

I've gotten it to 96oz. Still thirsty for more. This WOE makes me really thirsty... it's like I CRAVE water instead of sugar... good trade off I think.
