Hi I'm Tami from SC.
I was following Atkins back in 2004 and lost around 40 pounds. Went to Disney Nov. '04 and fell HARD off the Atkins' wagon. During 2005 I gained all my weight back and then some!
I turned 39 this past Friday and I want to turn my weight and lifestyle around before I reach 40.
I weighed in at 299.5 last Friday and almost fell off the scale! EEK!! I've been getting on the scale every day and need to stop that but I have lost about 4.5 lbs so far.
I hope to loose at least 100 lbs by Feb 10, 2007 my 40th birthday. I'm going to keep my goals small. I've broken it down into 8 lbs a month goals/40 lbs by the time we move this summer goal/and the 100 lbs by 40th b~day goal. After that I will worry about the remaining weight I need to lose to get down to the 150-160 range. That is still a little heavy for my 5'4" frame but I will fill like a Superstar at that weight! LOL
Another big goal I need to do is EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE! I am so bad about getting motivated and to get going on my exercise. I have the Walk away the pounds tape and the Biggest Loser exercise tape which I love both. But I talk myself out of doing them every day. I know the biggest key to my success will be to increase my activity but here I sit yet again in front of the computer!
