    WoooooHooooo!

    Beginning day three today and I feel good. Yesterday was a tough day because I "wanted" to eat every carb known to man. BUT- I found something else to do when those cravings hit and I didn't cave.. YIPEE!!!

    I have stayed under 20 carbs- And made good food choices. I have drank water like crazy (I'm an ice cruncher), used my fitday and read, read, read...

    I snuck a peek on the scale this morning. I am down 4 pounds... I will try and not weigh again until the 2 weeks is up, but I just couldn't help myself.

    Doing the happy dance !!!!

    good for you. Your physical cravings should be over if you are feeling better and now it is just the mental I wants. Be strong and you too will be a big loser.
