I was one of the "Man, I'm too fat to exercise" people. I think back to college when I used to run up 4 flights of stairs to get to my dorm room! I wasn't overly thin then (In fact I was 225 pounds) I had built up my stamina and endurance by walking around campus. I guess that's why I decided to do WATP. Walking eventually led to other exercises that I could do. I could do push ups, sit ups, etc. Well, today was my 3rd day of the one mile walk. I added in weights (actually two large candles) today and I am feeling great. I'm amazed at how much energy I actually have! I can't believe that after losing 40+ pounds I JUST started exercising. I didn't know what I was missing out on!
