    Started Aktins Jan 7th 06
    I started at 325 and now 314. I havent cheated but I am not I am told, eating enough but its so hard to eat more, I am choking it down sometimes. (I never thought I would I would ever say that lol) I know I am losing inches, the pants that was way to tight in Dec. are way to big now.
    Tonight I am going to Outback, Ill just have a salad and a steak and water. Tomorrow I want to start induction again and not use fit day. I have so much trouble with fit day, so many choices for the same thing. I want to see if its easier using the book I bought. I was doing the treadmill but Having had a knee injury before Atkins, flared up, I think cause I was doing to much and to fast. In a week Ill try doing it again. I really want to lose this weight. I was a emotional eater so I am learning to cope with that part.
    I has a sick year last year so I want to feel better again.

    Hi Sandi, just as long as you keep track of your carbs consumed, it doesn't matter HOW you do it. Good luck with your new plan.

      I haveto find a way that make it a little easier then taking 5 minutes to list a meal cause they have so many choices of the same food lol

        Hi Sandi! Yum your dinner sounds wonderful!! I've always wanted to eat at outback, but have never ventured beyond a peek in the door for fear I wouldn't fit in the booths

          they have tables
          I always ask fora table, I cant waittill I dont need to worry about that too, always worried if i can fit .

            Good Luck with your re-induction. I'm sure you'll do fantastic! I'm so happy to see so many topics about not being hungry. I'm having the same thing happen, but I am forcing myself to eat and drink plenty of water.

              Sandi, I just bought myself a 2006 diary and use that (I had an execise book before, from my September start date to Dec 31). I draw a line down the right hand side of the page abour 3/4" wide, that's for the carb count. On the left I write the food. I use a little carb counter book I got, or you can use the one in DANDR, or there are several posted on here. Fitday drove me bonkers, it takes so long. I'd rather just write it down, and then I've got the record to look back on anyway, at any time I want to.

                thats what I set up today to do, your right it takes a long time to do and so many choices forthe same item and big diffences sometimes in the carbs etc.
                I bought a net carb counter book so I am ready to start again tomorrow. I think I will do tomorrow on both to see if there is a big difference
