  • Day 1 is History...

    Hello Folks,
I think I might be headed in the right direction. The last year has been a personal disaster to say the least. I've encountered some pretty nasty life altering things and had a SUPER hard time getting back on the program. I mean I couldn't even make it thru day one. Well I made it yesterday and even exercised. Between the caffeine and carb withdraw it’s a rough morning already so I am hoping this post will help me thru it as well as get me posting again!
