Hey Gang.
I wanted to pose this question and see what you all have to say. I am a week into induction. I know I've lost 5 pounds and 16.75 inches but I promised myself not to weigh again until next week.
ANNNNyway, I am NOT hungry and the thought of eating something is really kind of disgusting to me right now. I realize that later I may get hungry but for now I am not. I have gone way longer than 6 hours since last eating. I've thought I could eat a bite of turkey or chicken or cheese and just none of it seems appetizing. The thought of food is making me almost sick. Last night we had hot wings. I could normally polish off about 20 of those things but last night I ate 7 and I was full. What do you when you feel like this???
I have been drinking water and crunching ice (my bad habit) all day. I did go out this morning to take my daughter to the doctor and wanted so desperately to get something from Starbucks- (I miss my lattes)- but resisted. Even when my daughter asked if she could get a hot cocoa from there. I stopped and got her one but NOTHING FOR ME..
Anyway, sorry to ramble on but I guess I wanted to see what you all think. Do you get to a point where you just aren't hungry. I mean I have plenty in reserves if you know what I mean....
