  • Thursday weigh-in (okay...so it's Friday)

    Okay...so I'm a day late. I've been working on the ADBB newsletter (It's finished now) and I've been insanely busy at work, so I haven't posted much. But I'm here now, so let's form a line and weigh in!!

    I'll go first. I've stayed off the scale for about a week and a half now. I was becoming almost obsessed with my body's desire to stay at 235, so I'll probably stay off it a while longer.

    How's everyone else doing??

    i dont think there was a thread last week
    so for me since the last posted thrusday
    weigh in im down 3 lbs and i am at 179.

    sending the whooshie fairy to someone else's

        I weighed this morning. Finally out of the 3's- weighed in at 298

          This morning I weighed in at 291.8 I think exercise is really making a big difference that and water.

            279 here. Got past that 280 mark.
