  • I did the TWO MILE!

    I decided to give the Two Mile High Calorie Burn a try this morning, with weights. I did it! I made it through!!! I mean, in one week I've gone from no exercise, to a mile a day to a 30 min 2 mile areobic walk! I feel great!!! And I feel so proud of myself. WATP is really such a fun workout for me. I can do it while my daughter plays in her playroom, and sometimes she joins me. It really hit me that I'm being a good example. She is doing what I do, and she tries to march and do the arm lifts, it's so cute and I know I'm being a good example. This is one of my biggest goals, to be a good role model for my children.. I'm just so excited! Who knows, maybe by next week I'll be ready for the 3 mile.

            Congrats!! That's very cool. Sometimes my son joins in and will do WATP with me, as long as he gets to use the yellow stretchie. lol

              Good job! I love WATP. I want to get the 3 mile one. I usually do the 2 mile, but I keep the 1 mile around for when I only have time for a quickie. Yayy you!

                    WATP = Walk Away the Pounds. It is an in-home walking system developed by Leslie Sansome. She has tons of videos for walking, yoga, pilates....I love her.

                      Yes! I LOVE Leslie! I've been doing the Walk and Jog DVD and it's excellent... an awesome way to make the transition from aerobic walking into aerobic jogging! All the WATP videos are awesome.
                      No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
