I've stuck with my exercise, drinking lots of water, I've really made a great daily routine. The only struggles I'm having is remembering my vitamins and also eating enough. I think my body is in this hibernation where it feels like it doesn't need to eat. I'm really trying to force the food down and make good choices. This morning I had 3 hard boiled eggs that I made into deviled eggs. I think I need to do more planning for my meals so I'm sure to get in enough veggies, calories, etc. Anyway, I feel great! I really feel for the first time that I can do this. I've shared this photo in the before & after section, but I wanted to share with you guys...
