    I had to go to PA this weekend. VERY COLD... And while I was unable to drink all the water I normally do, I was able to make healthy choices while dining out and eating at other people's houses. I did not lose any weight, but I did not gain. So for that I am grateful...

    For me going on trips and staying on plan is really hard. Good for you for making it through the trip without gaining!
