    Hello

    I could give you a long and boring explanation about falling off the wagon two years ago and gaining back all the pounds plus 5lbs interest. But I won't.

    The important thing is that I have my too big butt back on the wagon and week one of induction went well. I look forward to all the support I had before on this board and this time I know I'm in for the long haul.

    Goal or bu(r)st!!

      Welcome back! Nice to see old names coming back with me! Of course, some of them never left... but I won't hold that against them.

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                      I haven't signed up for any challenges, I have a lot of activity going on as it is. Currently I ski at least twice a week. I ride for 2 hrs on the weekend plus some stable work and 2 -3 times per week in the evening after work, DH and I walk for at least 30mins. That is waaaayyyy more action than what I've been used to and for now I'm happy with the quantity and quality. If exercise turns into a chore I lose interest and.....well.....we don't want that.
