    Another 4 minute of fame volunteer

    Ok people! Who wants to go next! First person to volunteer can be this weeks victim erm sorry I mean contestant.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          LOL well spotted, it must have been a typing error.

          I started the thread just after I started the one about how quickly people run a mile in. I must have been thinking about Roger Bannisters 4 minute mile.

              Restarted 6/1/05 for the FINAL TIME @ 431 lbs Lost 80 Atkins
              Came back 10/1 after losing 109 additional on Weight Watchers
              Weight on 9/30/07 239.8! Lowest EVER!
              If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
