Officially it was yesterday, but I still don't want to believe it, but after the second day of weighing in at 246, that puts me at 101 lbs total lost!!!! 3 lbs in the last week and 3 lbs the week before.
I must have weighed myself about 20 times in the last day and about 5 times this morning, just to make sure that scale isn't lying!
I've lost about 6 lbs since gall bladder surgery 2 weeks ago (how much does a gall bladder weigh? haha). I am hoping those issues may have been causing my weight loss to be so slow and stalled over the last year. My appetite still hasn't been that great since surgery, but I am still making myself eat and not skipping meals and drinking my water and even a little bit of exercise It hasn't affected my ability to eat normally (Atkins) so far though I am avoiding spicy foods still. Something odd I have already noticed since surgery is my weight isn't fluctuating as much during the week either.
Anyway, I guess I'll have to add to the "Have you lost 100 lbs?" thread Cleo put up above now.
I still have another 100+ lbs to go and I know it's going to be a long and slow journey yet, but it took me many years to put on this weight. It's going to take a few or more years to take it off.
Hang in there all, this does work!
